At Nimbus Essence, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our “Care, Quality, Confidence” promise extends to our customer service. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds below.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, we can only accept returns under the following strict conditions:

  • Unopened & Unused: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with all safety seals intact.

  • Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number from nimbusessence.org is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and hygiene standards for all our customers, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have had their safety seals tampered with.

  • Products purchased through third-party resellers or unauthorized vendors.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or promotional gift items.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We strive for perfection, but if an error occurs, we are committed to making it right:

  • Reporting: If your product (e.g., CloudMist Shampoo) arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: Please email support@nimbusessence.org or message us on WhatsApp at +92 337 2071872 with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and the shipping box.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund.

4. The Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Method of Refund: * Online Payments: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card) within 7–10 business days.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, we will issue a refund via Bank Transfer or digital wallet (EasyPaisa/JazzCash). You will be asked to provide your account details securely to our support team.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item, unless the return is a result of our error (damaged or incorrect item).

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
